Patrick M. Ryan is Co-Managing Partner of Bartko Pavia LLP and Chair of the Litigation Practice. He has over twenty five years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex antitrust, IP, trade secret, and commercial litigation across industries including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. He currently serves as lead plaintiff counsel in the BCBS litigation and has led numerous coordinated antitrust matters. Patrick was lead trial counsel in Zest Labs v. Walmart, securing a $222.7 million jury verdict in 2025—the largest in Arkansas history—and previously obtained an $845 million trade secrets judgment for ASML, ranked the #3 verdict nationally that year. In the last year, Patrick was named Litigator of the Week – Runner Up (Law.com), Top 100 California Lawyers, Top IP Lawyer and Leading Commercial Litigator (Daily Journal), and Top Antitrust Lawyer (Daily Journal). Patrick is known for his creative litigation tactics as well as his uncanny ability to make complex topics understandable and compelling for both judges and juries, which has resulted in his multi-decade string of victories.
Jason Zweig has nearly 25 years of complex litigation experience, focused primarily on the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust and other complex litigation. During that time, Jason has recovered over a billion dollars for his plaintiff clients, and successfully defended clients in antitrust and other complex litigation. His broad experience ranges from pre-suit investigations through trial, as well as appeals. Jason’s diverse client base includes Fortune 100 companies, individuals, and all clients in between. Whether he is representing plaintiffs or defendants, seeks to deliver an exceptional level of client service. This recognition marks Jason’s sixth consecutive year receiving the award.
