Bartko Pavia is Pleased to Announce That Business Litigation Attorney, Sean McTigue, is now a Principal of the Firm

Sean is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group. His practice involves both state and federal litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

During law school, Sean served as an extern for Justice Mark B. Simons of the California Court of Appeal in San Francisco and clerked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division, in Oakland.

He received his Honors Bachelor degree from the University of Utah in 2009 and his Juris Doctorate from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall), in 2012.
