Last Friday, Bartko Pavia’s CEO & Co-Managing partner An Nguyen Ruda  joined a panel discussion on behalf of Fordham School of Law to discuss Structural Issues in Law Firm Management. An presented alongside Ho Joon Moon of Lee & Ko, Angela Quinn of Husch Blackwell, Jon D. Van Gorp of Mayer Brown, and Alan F. Zoccolillo Jr. of Baker McKenzie.

The panel examined governance models in modern law firms, with a focus on evolving leadership structures, practice-level management, and the growing role of professional C-suite leaders. The discussion also touched on balancing competing interests, succession planning, and how firms are adapting governance to remain resilient amid industry change.
