Alessandro Saracino is a Partner of Bartko Pavia LLP and Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice. Fluent in Italian and Spanish, Alessandro concentrates in the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice group and its intellectual property practice group. Alessandro is involved in all aspects of the intellectual property practice including prosecutions of trademarks, copyright registrations, litigation, enforcement and licensing. Alessandro has litigated actions for the protection of famous trademarks and of copyrighted works on behalf of fashion and other designers and manufacturers. Alessandro’s clients include a global fashion and luxury goods company and a leading European liquor company.
