Catherine Vance Perusse is Of Counsel at Bartko Pavia LLP in the Trusts & Estates Practice. With more than 35 years experience -- the last 15 of which as head of the trusts & estates department at Bartko Pavia -- Cathy focuses on building trusting relationships with her clients and then crafting plans that address all aspects of her clients’ estate planning needs, from preparing their wills, trusts and other documents, to working with their financial advisors to integrate their life insurance and retirement accounts with their estate plans. Cathy’s goal is always to balance the desires of her clients with the requirements of applicable tax laws and her clients’ concerns and needs. Cathy also has many years of experience with assisting trustees and executors in the administration of trusts and estates.
