Scott Glassmoyer is Senior Counsel at Bartko Pavia LLP and represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on real property, construction, and contract disputes. Scott has broad experience representing real property developers, contractors,and commercial tenants through all phases of litigation, including judicial reference and arbitration proceedings. He has litigated matters in state and federal courts across the country. Prior to practicing law, Scott worked with a commercial real estate brokerage group specializing in investment sales of single tenant net leased retail, office, and industrial properties
