Brianne Kalach is Special Counsel at Bartko Pavia in the Intellectual Property Practice. With a deep understanding of patent and trademark law, she has helped businesses, inventors, and entrepreneurs of all sizes navigate the complexities of intellectual property rights, both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining the firm, Brianne worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where she negotiated nearly 1,000 applications related to cosmetics and various biomedical devices. She also gained valuable experience in appellate work during her tenure at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. While in law school, Brianne was involved in her university’s Intellectual Property Clinic, where she handled trademark matters for low-income clients. She further enhanced her legal education by serving as a research assistant in trademark law and as Chief Articles Editor for the University of New Hampshire Sports Law Review, all while earning a Certificate in Intellectual Property. Outside of her legal career, Brianne is currently working toward achieving a B2 level in German and is a passionate advocate for the rights of the LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities.
