He has successfully handled a broad range of litigation matters including, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and employment contract claims, among others, in both state and federal courts.
Edrik also served as a Counsel at SAG-AFTRA, where he gained deep insight into union and entertainment industry labor matters. There, he also gained experience working through a major industry strike and participated in high-stakes collective bargaining negotiations. This experience deepened his understanding of union dynamics, labor relations, and the complexities of contract enforcement in high-profile, high-pressure environments.
