Jay Juarez comes into the IT Director role with 25 years of IT experience. He has worked at several small, medium, to large size companies in the Banking, Real Estate/Construction, Healthcare, and Private Education industries.
Before Bartko Pavia, Jay was the IT Director of a private school in Concord for 17 years, supporting a fast paced dynamic IT environment (teenagers keep you on your toes!!!).
His IT team’s focus is responsiveness, communication, structure, and strategy. In leading the IT Team at Bartko Pavia, Jay wants to provide a proactive, reliable, and communicative IT department so that the firm’s employees can focus on delivering results for Bartko Pavia’s clients.
